Our only downside was the weak shower flow in our room. It was a bit frustrating, but it didn't ruin our stay overall.

We had such a blast visiting the Mystic Aquarium! The kids loved watching the sea lion shows and touching the sharks. It was super convenient since the hotel is just a short walk away, making it easy for our large family to enjoy everything.

In my wife’s opinion, the facilities need improvement, especially for families with kids. Cleaner bathroom fixtures would make a big difference.
